I work with adults who may experience stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt when making lifestyle and wellbeing changes. Some people may need help getting started, while others may struggle to stick to a specific goal. People can feel stuck and directionless at any stage of change.

I offer confidential and virtual video coaching through a series of 30 or 60 minute 1:1 sessions.

COACHING PASSION INSPIRED BY MY OWN JOURNEY
One example of how my passion for coaching came to be is through my experience as a working parent. I know what it is like to juggle parenting while trying to manage a career. When my kids were little, I lacked awareness as to the root cause of my increased stress and low back pain. I wanted it to appear that I could do it all, push through, and tried to ignore my back pain so I could finish everything on my to-do list. I was convinced the pain was preventing me from being the person I thought I SHOULD be.
These beliefs and behaviors were not sustainable, and caused more stress and discomfort. Fortunately, my approach to wellness began to shift in 2013 after my first yoga class. My back pain began to decrease thanks to yoga and physical therapy, and I became more aware of and responsive to stress signals in my body like clenching in my throat, racing heart, and sweaty palms.
WELLNESS MY WAY
My experience with back pain and lack of stress management tools led me to adopt a more holistic approach to health and wellbeing. In addition to yoga, I incorporated other mind-body practices like meditation that have taught me the importance of mindfulness and self-compassion. I have made meaningful changes in my self-care and lifestyle habits. Now I try to practice mindfulness daily and have made adjustments in other aspects of my life that are more aligned with my values, strengths, and passions.
Today, my go-to practices include yoga, meditation, spending time in nature, journaling, reading, gardening, and physical fitness. My daily intention is to listen to and trust in my own wisdom and to gratefully leverage the external resources I have to support my wellbeing. My hope as a health and wellness coach is to help others find this balance as well.

My intention is to support and guide you as you feel more empowered to live in alignment with your purpose. Your unique life circumstances, resources, beliefs, behaviors, values, strengths, passions, and all aspects of wellness shape each coaching session.
