60 Minutes, $115/session
In your first session, we will discuss what support and coaching plan will best serve you in your current and future wellness journey. I can explain the coaching process in more detail and answer any additional questions you may have. This session is customized to your needs and will include an optional meditation practice, intention setting, exploration, goal setting, and insight sharing.
30 or 60 Minutes, $60 or $115 per session
The number and frequency of follow-up sessions are determined by your coaching plan that we discuss in your introductory session. Each follow-up session includes an optional meditation practice, weekly goal check-in, intention setting, exploration, goal setting, and insight sharing. We will review your coaching plan as needed to determine if any modifications are required to best support you in your wellness journey.
Whether you are new to coaching, very familiar, or somewhere in between, each session is customized with your specific needs in mind. However, my coaching approach is consistent with each client and session.
